Phil's home has been for sale for about 6 weeks. He and Ronelle came over this
week to wait for an hour while people toured their home.
Orem city council has approved an extremely high density housing project
in walking distance from Phil's house. It is right across the street from
Lake ridge Jr. High. Due to the fact Phil hasn't been able to
sell his home in six weeks is an indication they are already too late to miss the
property impact of the new housing development.
It is kind of on UVU property, so the developers haven't provided parking because of
course UVU students won't have cars. (haha) I don't know how they got 5 city council
members to vote for it.
Here is a link to the Daily Herald which could be considered false news
because the newspaper fails to mention the Planning commission
VOTED AGAINST this project, so then FIVE city council members
voted AGAINST the planning commission recommendation.
OF COURSE THIS ISN'T NEWS!
