Adam's Latest Project. . . . .

Adam bought this clock as a kit and soldered for several hours to come
up with a working clock.  The numbers rotate and then it also flips from
the time to the date.

However the date doesn't come up with the DAY first.  After watching the clock
for several days, on the wrong date, someone remembered this kit
was purchased from a country outside the US, either China or Russia.

The time is 12 hours off so half way through the day the date is one
day later than the day in the US.  Is that also because Russia is one
day ahead of the US?

I think parts were purchased from two different countries.  At any rate,
the question now is do they post the date different in China or Russia
than in the United States, with the day first instead of the month.
