Jacob had a week off.

At the end of Jacob's first year residency, the 80 hour a week one,
Jacob got a vacation and went to see Craig.

Craig and Elaine bought a House

It is NOT in Utah.  It is in Jefferson Hills about one mile from the
house where they were living.  They are in the same ward and the
same junior and senior high schools.

Elaine has a friend from Pittsburgh that moved to Maryland, and she
came down and stayed a week to help Elaine move while Craig worked.

You will notice they had kids.  Carly was at Girl's camp, but they had Sabrina's kids
and Riley.

They did get help from the missionaries for a couple hours one night.
