Go out to eat at your own peril!

Today was Danny's wedding breakfast at Tucanos and a waitress hit me in the back of the head with an empty tray. She apologized profusely several times.

Linda and Mark reserved the back room and then had two long tables leading into the room. Adam, Mary and I were on one of the long tables just before the room.
The two long tables were really close together and the servers barely had room to walk between them.

We were with seven of Danny's friends that all graduated from Pleasant Grove HIgh the same year as Adam graduated. We had a steady stream of female servers stopped at our table. Our service was excellent, but I am guessing the service in the rest of the place was not the best.

Elder Richard Scott was at a table with three other people next to us, right in front of the salad bar. One of the servers brought her cell phone to one of the guys on our table and asked him to text her mom and tell her about Elder Scott.

Mary wanted to know why we didn't get to go into the room and were stuck on the table with all the boys, which I think is a good question. Why were we sitting with the high school friends and not family? Note: We were slightly late, but some people later than us went into the room.

Linda and Mark never sat down and didn't eat anything.

There was a guy in a baseball hat, about 29 years old, with a red beard that looked really familiar to me and he did say "Hi". Adam and Mary didn't know him. He wasn't in the room with family either, but on the long table behind ours.
