Anthony's First Day of School August 26 It appears there is life AFTER chemo!

Adam and Mary asked the doctor at their appointment on August 19 for a note
to get a home school teacher for Anthony and the Primary Children's Oncologist
told them to start him in school.  As there was no time, it was impossible to
 select a charter school so he is going to the school closest to us.

He went today and goes to Primary Children's hospital tomorrow.  He seemed to
like school.  Notice the after school pictures.  One shows a white hat they decorated.
Lots of kids are wearing theirs and Mary wondered where Anthony's hat was.
IN THE BACKPACK.  Notice it rained on his first day.

Anthony gets chemo every day and one day a week gets five extra pills plus the chemo
he gets at Primary Children's hospital.  A Face Group Mary belongs to details
some of the problems of children with Leukemia at school.  One mother
posted that her child has only attended about 20 days of school since 2013.
Another mother posted that her son cannot do all day at school.  After 3 days
he is too tired to go the other 2 days.
  That boy has completed one more year of chemo than Anthony.

But this only proves there is "life AFTER chemo" and these children
do live through the three years of chemo and Primary Children's Hospital
is trying to help them prepare for life when they are done with cancer.
