Susan got called to Jury Duty AGAIN

In a matter of weeks Susan has been called to Jury Duty twice.  The first
time, they called the night before and said the case had been canceled.

With 50 jurors to choose from, Susan made it to the final elimination with
20 people left fighting for only 10 juror positions.  The case will last
9 court days, over a 3 week period.
At 5:15 p.m. after eight hours at the court house, they finally cut Susan
and she is not on this Jury.

Should we set up a pool on how soon Susan will be called to jury duty again?

Today the case was a girl that got the SAME steroid injection in the spine
that Susan got that made Susan go numb in both legs after the injection.
Susan has seen the three doctors at Tri City Medical that were being sued.
They sent a questionaire Susan filled out, sure she would be eliminated
right away.
Susan told them she recently had surgery and couldn't sit all day, and
was still taking pain medication.  The attorney for the Dr.'s asked Susan
how she drives after taking the pain medication and they still left her on
the jury pool.

Susan thinks the girl suing wanted jurors that have or are experiencing
pain so they would be sympathetic to her.

It would be interesting to see a short bio on the health of the 10 jurors
that made the cut of 50 jurors to hear this case, especially as Susan made
it to the end claiming she couldn't even sit through the trial.
