Linda had a PET scan a couple of weeks ago and it showed that the
cancer was worse in the bones, lungs and lymph glands.
Her bones are so brittle they are worried that she will
break her hip or her femur bone. Linda got a HUGE dose
of radiation last Friday in the hips/legs, to try to prevent a break
in those bones.
Today they found her blood was low and she got two pints of blood.
They had trouble finding a vein they could use. The process took
a long time due to the condition of her veins.
She got the blood and went home.
They are waiting to see if the insurance will approve a new
different drug than she has been using.
Danny her son had a baby last week.
