Anthony is in the Hospital

Anthony has influenza.  They are giving him Tamiflu.
Anthony got a fever in the night and they took him to Primary Children's
Hospital at about 5:00 a.m.  They did blood work and found that he is
neutropenic.

Neutropenia (noo-troe-PEE-nee-uh) is an abnormally low count of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell that helps fight off infections, particularly those caused by bacteria and fungi.

The lower your neutrophil count, the more vulnerable you are to infectious diseases. If you have severe neutropenia — fewer than about 500 cells per microliter of blood — bacteria normally present in your mouth and digestive tract can cause infections.

Because Anthony has both a fever and is neutropenic they admitted him.  They

ran several tests and as soon as they see if the blood cultures produce
bacteria he can come home.   Probably sometime tomorrow or Monday morning.
