Last Thursday they did a bone marrow scan and spinal tap to look for cancer cells
and there are NO measurable cancer cells in Anthony now. Anthony's cancer is in
remission.
It has been a long week, but Anthony does appear better, except that he has
thrown up every single day. He is now getting chemo in the spinal chord again
today.
The goal of the 28 days induction chemo therapy is for the patient to be in
remission and Anthony responded to the drugs well.
Anthony is MORE active than I ever remember him being. He is running around
playing with dart guns and his interest in the iPad is almost gone.
Unfortunately, he still has 3 years left of chemo therapy.
